Bre Fox

Bre Fox is a Calgary-based energy industry leader and serves as Director of Customer Projects and Services at the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO). With a career focused on advancing low-carbon energy solutions, Bre plays a key role in supporting Alberta’s transition to a net-zero electricity system.

At the AESO, she leads initiatives that enable investment and system growth by supporting new generation and load connections across the province. Her work sits at the intersection of operational planning, customer engagement, and policy implementation.

A founding member of the Women + Power board, Bre is also an active industry collaborator, contributing to dialogue and awareness around current and emerging decarbonization technologies. She brings a practical, system-level perspective on how innovation, collaboration, and leadership can shape the future of electricity.
