Megan Gill is the Executive Director of the Alberta Direct Connect Consumer Association, which represents Alberta’s largest transmission-connected industrial electricity consumers. She has led ADC since December 2023, directing its advocacy on the Restructured Energy Market, the AESO tariff redesign, transmission planning policy, and large-load integration.
Megan has spent nearly 20 years in Alberta’s electricity sector, in retail, power generation and consumer advocacy roles. She is also the Founder of Repowered Leadership, where she coaches senior leaders in technical fields on building leadership capacity and strategic influence.
